The authors will be notified about the acceptance of their papers by July 15, 2025.
The deadline for final paper submission is September 22, 2025.
The program of the Conference will be published by October 1, 2025.
The deadline for participant's registration and fee payment is October 1, 2025.

Companies are allowed to display their poster presentations during the Conference.

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

The Technical Program Committee will award the Ph.D. Student Prize of 300 EUR to the author of the best student paper. To be eligible, the candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Ph.D. student,
• maximum 35 years of age in the year 2025,
• the first author of the paper,
• the major contributor to the paper,
• the paper presenter in a conference session.

IEEE members have 20% registration/entry discount.
The person who does not appear in any participating papers is eligible to ask for the accompanying person's price.
On-site cash payment is only possible with + 50.00 (EUR) extra charge.
